Start your Sunday with movement, coffee, and good vibes at The Robey. Join Downward Doghouse for a 45-minute signature Flow & Reset class inside The Hall, followed by coffee, social time, and our yoga mat + scrunchie raffle.
Doors open at 9:15 AM, so come early, grab a coffee, get settled, and enjoy the space before class begins at 9:30. Coffee will be available throughout the event, with time after class to mingle, enjoy your goodie bag, and stick around for the raffle. ✨
Everything you need for class will be provided, including yoga mats, blocks, and all class materials. If you prefer to practice with your own mat or blocks, you’re more than welcome to bring them!
